Project:
Having suffered the wear and tear of Queensland’s heat, this local block of units required a well overdue recoat of paint not only on the exterior weatherboard, soffiets, gutters, fascia, windows and balustrades but also on the exterior roof. Before its complete overhaul of the exterior and roof painting work done, a complete pressure wash was done ensuring the best adherence to the previous coating.
